Job Description

We are a New York City-grown company and we’re currently looking for talent. We are seeking an outgoing, trusting individual to join our Operations team as a Warehouse Operations Manager . This is a 100% on-site role for our Warehouse located in: 161-15 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY

The ideal candidate is proactive, fluent in Spanish, personable and ready to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to lead and support one of our key warehouse shifts. Ideally seeking to grow within our company!

Previous experience is not required , though it is preferred. Comprehensive training will be provided for this position. We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a dynamic, fully hands-on position.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work fully on-site at the Jamaica, Queens warehouse.
• Must be able to commit to full evening shift hours 4 P.M. to 12 A.M., Monday through Friday
• Fluent/Conversational in Spanish (required) with excellent communication skills
• College degree preferred but not required
• Prior warehouse/supervisor experience preferred, but not required
• Computer proficiency is a must
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Must be punctual, dependable, detail oriented and a team player
• Occasional weekend overtime may be required during busy season

Compensation & Benefits for the First Year:

• Full time role
• Hourly Rate: $30/hour
• Bonuses: Annual performance-based bonus opportunities

• 3 weeks paid vacation per year (must be taken outside of July–September)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support warehouse team members during the evening shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) while reinforcing best practices and SOPs.
• Actively work on the floor with pickers, packers, and loaders, especially during high-volume hours.
• Ensure all items are picked, packed, labeled, and staged accurately and on schedule.
• Inventory Data Management
• Report Generation & Analysis
• Order & Documentation Processing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with other shifts and departments for smooth operational hand-offs.
• Identify and resolve order or inventory issues in real time, escalating when necessary.
