We’re looking for a detail-driven Senior Tax Analyst to join our fast-paced finance team. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with experts in accounting, legal, and strategy—and have the freedom to make the role your own. What You'll Do: Prepare federal, state, and local tax filings and provision workpapers Support audit defense and respond to tax authority inquiries Contribute to financial reporting and tax forecasts Oversee compliance calendar and manage resolutions to tax notices Interpret and present insights on changing tax laws Maximize incentives and assist in strategic planning, M&A diligence, and optimization efforts What We’re Looking For: BS in Accounting or Finance 3+ years in corporate tax or public accounting (multi-state experience is a plus) Proficiency in Excel and openness to digital tools like ChatGPT, Power BI, and Power Query CPA or advanced degree preferred Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail What You’ll Get: Annual Bonus Potential: 12% Generous PTO and career growth pathways Hybrid flexibility: 2+ in-office days per week Help us build a smarter tax function—and grow with a company that values agility, integrity, and innovation.
