Title: SAP Basis Administrator

Location : Preferred: Charlotte, St. Louis, Dallas, or Denver (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 remote)

Our Fortune 75 MSO client is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to support and maintain its SAP HANA billing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the stability and performance of the SAP infrastructure that underpins all advertising billing operations.

You will be stepping into a high-impact role, and will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and supporting ongoing system upgrades. This is a tactical, hands-on role focused on keeping the system running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SAP Basis administration and support for the SAP HANA environment.
• Perform system troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Support and manage SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) replication processes.
• Assist with a major SAP upgrade planned for this year (details to be provided).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Respond to and resolve tickets related to system errors, transport issues, and table/function failures.
• Participate in occasional after-hours support for critical issues or upgrades.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of SAP Basis administration experience (flexible for strong candidates with less experience but deep expertise).
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and Linux-based SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SLT and its role in data replication and integration.
• Familiarity with Convergent Mediation (preferred; typically known by those with SLT experience).
• Experience supporting SAP upgrades and patching.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Charm (Change Request Management).
• Understanding of SAP security and user administration.
• Prior experience in media, advertising, or billing systems.
