Joe Leone's is looking for a passionate, energetic and motivated experienced Retail Manager to join our team. As a Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role by Motivating, Teaching & Leading the Retail Team Members. You will provide continual training, developmental action planning and give meaningful feedback on job performance to the Team. You will lead the Team to work cooperatively while encouraging enthusiasm and promote excellent customer service to our Guests. Your attention to detail and quality service will ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities:
• Open, operate and close the retail store independently, ensuring all daily standard operating procedures are met.
• Oversee and manage all areas of the Retail Store, in a fun, fast-paced environment. (i.e., Sandwich, Deli, Hot Table and Cashier)
• Direct and Delegate the Team while continually Monitoring and Maintaining the Flow of the Store
• Train, Monitor and Coach Retail Team Members
• Assist Guests with inquiries/requests, always giving them excellent customer service
• Maintain high standards for food and workplace safety
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a Supervisory/Managerial Role in Food/Retail establishments
• Strong Leadership, Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to Delegate/Direct the Team w/ Proven and Consistent Results
• Detail Oriented
• Positive, Reliable & Honest
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to work on foot for 6-10 hours
• Available to work opening and closing shifts
• Weekends and Holidays Required
• Available to work in both Point Pleasant Beach and Manasquan Locations
