Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Collaborate with your team to rotate positions, ensuring cross-training and skill development. You will be responsible for pallet building, loading, and unloading products, following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage manufacturing lines with efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with 2-3 general production employees under the guidance of the main operator.
• Rotate positions to ensure comprehensive skill development across the team.
• Build pallets according to standard operating procedures.
• Load and unload products as part of the production process.
• Work effectively within a team environment, contributing to various aspects of manufacturing.

Essential Skills

• Experience in assembly line operations.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and production line processes.
• Ability to adhere to process guidelines and ensure quality control.
• Strong teamwork capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in boxing and palletizing is beneficial.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
