Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Change Manager:

• Oversee and validate change requests, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and assessed for risk and business impact.
• Enforce change management policies and procedures, ensuring consistent execution across all change types.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational needs and confirm readiness for change implementation.
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Participate in rotational on-call coverage for emergency changes and planned maintenance windows.

Required Skills for Change Manager:

• 5-10 years of experience in Change Management processes and operations.
• Strong working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Proven track record in driving process and operational excellence through structured change control.
• Experience in enforcing governance to maintain stability across IT environments while minimizing disruption.
• Proficiency with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or myTechExpress.
